PATH TO PERFORMANCE™ III – Gymnasticizing for Wellness™
With Stefanie Reinhold
SEMINAR OUTLINE – 1-Day Clinic
An introduction into systematic gymnasticizing of the horse.
For those riders, who want to improve their horse’s strength and agility to enhance overall wellness and optimize performance.
We will pay special attention to individual conformation and level of ability. (Based on classical principles according to HDV12 – German Cavalry Manual for Training Horse & Rider, original source of the Training Scale.)
The day starts with a 1-hour presentation and ends with a discussion/Q&A session. Throughout the day, the group participates in various exercises. Horses should be able to do moderate work for 3 hours throughout the day. Riders, who did not participate in P2PI & II (Relaxation & Suppleness) and did not do the ‘P2P homework’, will please need to review materials and prep as best they can.
Take-away: Detailed manual with all exercises for horse & rider. Template for developing your own gymnasticizing plan.
