Path to Performance™ - A 3-Prong Approach to a Willing and Able Horse

In order to optimize your horse's performance - whether athletic or recreational, dressage, eventing, or show jumping, etc. - it is important to lay the proper foundation:

  1. Release tension & restriction
  2. Create suppleness & relaxation
  3. Targeted gymnasticizing

Achieve suppleness through ground and ridden exercises and develop a targeted gymnasticizing program that meets your goals and your horse's abilities. Horses and riders of any level and discipline can benefit from this approach.

The instruction is based on principles found in the HDV12 - German Cavalry Manual for Training Horse & Rider (basis for today's FN Principles of Riding). Around that, Stefanie has collected and developed guided exercises that are easy to learn and fun to practice.

Learn more about the Path to Performance™ approach in a 1-day clinic in your area.

See description and clinic schedule here.
